Verified Great service and extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I was concerned for any possible mold in the house regarding my toddlers allergies. I wanted to ensure the house was clear and safe. BH Environmental was great and the mold inspection service was not only efficient but also done in a timely manner. If in the future I have any more concerns I would reach out to them again.

Verified Ricky & the BH team were great. We had a water leak and they helped with the remediation. They were super responsive to all my calls and questions. They were transparent about the entire process and were available to get started very quickly.

All of this and their pricing was extremely fair compared to the other quotes I received.

I hope I never NEED to work with them again, but if I do need remediation I will call them first.

Verified BH is extremely professional courteous and affordable. They gave me a very reasonable price for the scope of work that I was looking at.
I decided to demolish the structure rather than repair it but if I EVER have any mold issues in the future I will not hesitate to call BH Environmental.

Verified BH Environmental did a great job with the remediation and cleanup. They took care of the problem thoroughly while also keeping the costs down. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the customer service was professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

I've used BH Environmental before and had a good experience then as well. I would absolutely use them again if necessary and highly recommend them.

Verified Bh honestly was the only silver lining in my whole remediation project due to a kitchen flood. They are responsive, reasonably priced, and were very respectful and clean compared to the other contractors and people hired.

Verified We had a mold issue in our primary bedroom. Ricky gave a thorough quote and helped to feel confident that the remediation scope would fully address the issue. His team set up a solid containment, performed the work to scope, and passed clearance testing with a third party company. They also offered to leave their containment up (including some temp poles) for the duration of my build-back project. The team was careful of my house during the demo which involved carrying large, heavy pieces of shower glass down some stairs and through some turns.

The only downside I found during the process was the need to pay for the site visit for the quote. This payment is credited to the bill and it wound up being a non-issue due to selecting BH environmental for the job, but none of the other companies I had out requested payment for the quoting visit.

The BH Environmental Experience

This project is an example of our process from inspection to remediation. Once we discover the moisture/mold using our thermal image camera and moisture meters we design a plan of work. When we show up with our vans, we treat your home with respect, always wear shoe covers and protect your floors.

We set up a well constructed full containment accompanied with HEPA negative air pressure to ensure no cross- contamination can take place while we disturb the mold. We then remove and dispose of the affected building materials, we always try to minimize the demolition and save as much as we can. In this case the wood itself, although had mold, we were able to properly clean.

We set up commercial drying equipment to remove any moisture from the wood, once the wood is dry we deep clean, HEPA vacuum and wipe down to remove any contamination. We then treat the wood and the entire work area with our EPA registered plant-based solution to disinfect the area from any spores.

After that we leave the HEPA filtration machine to run for another 24-48 hours. The area is ready for build back!

Project Duration: 2 to 3 days

Back Unit Mold Remediation

This back unit was in BAD shape due to years of neglect. It took us less than a week to completely remove all the mold, deep clean and disinfect all the wood framing and get it ready for build back!

Project Duration: 1 to 7 days

Customer Story: Removal, Clean up, Drying and Mold Mitigation.

“Much gratitude to Eitan, Yan and Ricky, who were responsive, calming and professional when I was panicked after a cracked plumbing waste pipe created mold behind dry wall. BH Environmental quickly and efficiently dealt with the removal, clean up, drying and mold mitigation. They took care to create an isolated work area to avoid spreading the contamination and effectively and quickly eradicated the problem.

Called two remediation companies for quotes and BH Environmental’s quote for remediation and air testing was lower yet their customer service was far, far superior! They left affected areas clean, dry and mold free. Remediation companies are rife with fraud and egregious price gouging, had another bad leak at a different property years ago and used a company that were lying criminals. So to find an honest company that you can trust like BH Environmental in this business is important. BH Environmental takes obvious pride in their work and I highly recommend their ethical service and caring technicians!” – Clea b.
